Sophie is a certified Home Inspector with 10 years plus surveying experience within both the residential and commercial sector.

After successfully completing a bachelor honors degree in construction management at Westminster University, Sophie developed her skills and knowledge with a large residential construction company, managing new build projects from conception to completion. Sophie then fine tuned her understanding of building technology and surveying techniques with a number of large London city based insurers.

Sophie’s passion for surveying and customer service drove her to establish Anderson Home Inspectors. Sophie’s significant surveying experience and expertise puts her in a perfect position to understand the needs of clients. Sophie is currently working towards her chartered status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Environmental Health Consultant – Russell Moffatt B.Sc. (HONS) MPH MCIEH

Russell Moffatt is a qualified Environmental Health Practitioner (EHP) and a voting member of the Chartere Insitute of Environmental Health. Russell has significant expertise and experience in both housing and public health fields. He achieved his bachelor honors degree in Environmental Health at Greenwich University in 2002 and completed his Masters in Public Health at King’s College, London in 2006.

Russell has worked in some of the most challenging London boroughs as an environmental health officer (EHO). He has worked for a number of inner London local authorities on a range of complex cases and projects. Russell has an expert understanding of the relationship between health and housing and a well developed knowledge of housing law and housing standards. He has appeared as an expert witness on a number of occasions.
